Our Dental Assistants
Our friendly certified dental assistants (Andrea, Heather, Kathy, Laurie, Lori, Maja and Wendy) give you a built-in support system that helps treatment go faster and easier. Parents and patients have liaison they can call with any questions or concerns. Parents know that they have an advocate for their child — patients see our office as a safe place where they can look forward to seeing a friend.

Scheduling coordinators
The first point of contact for patients and their families are the scheduling coordinators (Brigitte, Christina,  Joan, Trish and Val). Their responsibility is to handle our telephone system, greet patients, parents and other visitors and schedule appointments in a courteous, efficient and professional manner. A scheduling coordinator is responsible for the smooth running of our daily schedule and they are dedicated to ensuring that your appointment time is respected.

We understand the value of time to our patients and their families and our scheduling experts will do everything possible to ensure your needs are met. They are also committed to helping you feel welcome and comfortable when you visit our clinic.

Laboratory Technologists
Our office has an on-site lab where retainers and other orthodontic appliances are made. Having our lab located within our clinic enhances our ability to provide the best orthodontic care possible.

 Our lab technologists Hooman, Millie and Rose have specialized training in all aspects of appliance fabrication. They are able to follow the doctors' instructions regarding appliance details, and to interact as needed to ensure the treatment objectives are met in the most effective manner possible. If an appliance is inadvertently lost or broken during treatment, the presence of our "in house" lab technologists enables us to provide a replacement with very little interruption in treatment progress.

Financial Coordinator
To ensure that financial details are dealt with in a professional manner, we have a Financial Coordinator, Dawne, who is responsible for finalizing payment plans, reviewing contract details and efficiently tracking accounts. In addition to this, she is responsible for all billing, receipt generation and assisting with insurance forms.

The financial coordinator is your contact within the office who can answer any questions you may have regarding the business aspect of orthodontic treatment.
